A Neely Family Property.

Build note (not printed). The trigger is real: getWorkOrders is on the key and verified, so the card fires off work-order completion rather than a manual PM prompt. Two filters are mandatory before anything reaches a resident. Skip any record whose maintenanceRequestFrom is "Entrata PaaS", those are system-generated (make-readies among them) and are not resident service calls. Collapse parent/child on parentMaintenanceRequestId so one turn sends one card, not one per child ticket. Timestamps are Mountain Time. The outbound touch still passes the getMarketingPreferences consent gate, and a missing preference means don't send.

TODO before print: (208) 555-0100 is a reserved fictional number standing in for the real maintenance text line. Swap in the live number before a single card goes to a resident.
